Orders can be cancelled at no charge within 5 minutes of placement. After dispatch, a 500 FCFA cancellation fee applies.

Wrong Item Delivered

In the event of an incorrect delivery, we will dispatch the correct item at no additional cost. The wrong item must be returned to the rider.

Approved refunds are processed within 24–48 hours back to the original MoMo or Orange Money account used at checkout.

Non-Returnable Items

Perishable food items, prescription medications, and personalised grocery orders cannot be returned once delivered. If there is a quality issue, contact support@njokuexpress.com within 1 hour with photo evidence.
