Welcome to Njoku Express. We are delighted to serve the Limbe community with reliable logistics solutions. By accessing our platform or using our mobile application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
This agreement governs your use of our platform and the fulfilment of delivery services provided by Njoku Express ("the Company"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
Services Offered
Hot meals from your favourite local Limbe restaurants delivered in record time.
Express delivery of essential medications and health supplies to your doorstep.
Daily essentials and fresh market items sourced and delivered across the city.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Users must provide accurate delivery addresses and contact phone numbers. Njoku Express is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect details.
Our services must not be used to transport illegal items, including but not limited to narcotics or restricted substances under Cameroonian law.
Payments & Fees
We prioritize ease of transaction for the South West Region. We currently accept:
Cancellations & Refunds
Orders can be cancelled without charge within 5 minutes of placement. After dispatch, a cancellation fee may apply.
Refunds are processed for missing items or significantly delayed deliveries where the fault lies with our logistics network.
Liability & Warranties
Njoku Express provides services "as is" and "as available." While we strive for 100% reliability, we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including the quality of third-party products delivered (e.g., food from partner restaurants).
