Deliver food, groceries, and medical supplies across Limbe with speed and care. Must have a valid motorbike licence and knowledge of Limbe's neighbourhoods. Competitive per-delivery pay plus bonuses.
Manage bulk deliveries between Limbe, Buea, and Tiko for business clients. Valid class C licence required. Vehicle provided by Njoku Express.
Oversee inbound and outbound stock at our Down Beach facility. Coordinate with riders and market partners to ensure smooth grocery fulfilment. Experience in logistics preferred.
Lead day-to-day operations across all Njoku Express service lines. Manage rider scheduling, customer escalations, and partner relationships. Leadership experience required.
Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, and email. Resolve delivery issues, process refund requests, and ensure every client feels the Njoku pride. Bilingual (English/French) preferred.
